We are based in an excellent position for adults/couples to explore Donegal, Sligo & Leitrim. You can enjoy walking, cycling, and horse trails locally or just soak up the scenery and relax. We are located looking over Tullan Stand which is known worldwide for its perfect surf beach breaks. *We are a working stud farm with horses and dogs/cats on-site.

The Skewbald

The skewbald is set on an elevated site on farmland belonging to a private equestrian Property. Our vintage horse lorry has been converted into a cosy luxurious and peaceful space. It enjoys views of rural Fermanagh farmland and Cuilagh mountain. As it is on a private equestrian property it leads to the option of renting a stable and bringing your equine friend to enjoy Fermanagh on Horseback. It is a short distance from many tourist attractions, stairway to heaven, Marble Arch and others.

Tommy’s Orchard Cottage is set in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands on the periphery of a UNESCO global geopark. It provides a tranquil rural retreat near Ireland’s only island town of Enniskillen. This luxurious modern cottage offers a cosy romantic feel with open plan kitchen living space including a wood burning stove, 3 fabulous bedrooms, 3 luxurious bathrooms & spectacular views. The cottage & orchard are situated next to a working family farm that has been in use for 100 years.

Self contained loft 1 bed sleeps up to 6 people upstairs is open planned, 1 double, 2 single & pullout mattress. Down stairs seating area with full kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, also shower-room. On request theres a choice of private king size bed en-suite with bathtub/shower. Outside sheltered sitting/eating area. Hot tub is added extra payable on arrival. kayaks available for hire with buoyancy aids, all persons must be swimmers. The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.
