Beautiful historic homes, gorgeous tree lined boulevards, wonderful people, and extremely close to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. There are wonderful neighborhoods surrounding Historic Irvington, but she is the Grand Dame of them all! Irvington neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it's very central to everything in Portland.
