Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

Steve and Diane would love to welcome you to our home. You will have a separate entrance to the top floor consisting of two large bedrooms and a four piece bath. We offer a small fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee facilities. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 25 minute walk to the Griz games and are willing to arrange a private shuttle service to the games if available. We do restrict on parties, pets and children under 10.

This cozy basement guest suite has it's own private entrance and will be private just to you with no shared spaces. It is located in a safe family neighborhood a quick walking distance from restaurants, brewery, nail salon, and grocery store. The University or Downtown is a quick drive. Given the nature of most basement apartments there is a living unit above that has recently been added to Airbnb as well.
