We are just a 20min direct drive to the start of the No/Fo where you can see this wonderful underrated area of LI. A 5min walk takes you to the shore & plenty of dine in/take out options are super close in case you come back hungry. Whether you make this a head start for the next day or come here after to crash, we're happy to help in your experience!

Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer!

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

North shore Guest Room.

This apartment is our guest room with outside private entrance and off street parking. Apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Queen bed and a twin pullout couch bed is provided. The place is appropriate for a short stay as an affordable alternative to hotel stay.
