With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Boothorpe Farmhouse is up a single track, no through road in a quiet Hamlet of Boothorpe which borders Leicestershire & Derbyshire. It is surrounded by the National Forest providing the best views and walks. The cottage is of historic note and is listed in the Doomsday Book but has been stylishly designed and provides a comfortable place to stay. There are are some amazing places to visit and things to do also a number of good local pubs and restaurants

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
