DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, SAND and OCEAN, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

At the same time all famous surf spots are close to reach for beginners and pros: Coconut, Plantations, Rams, Lazy Left and Lazy right.
