Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. Easy access to major freeways I-30, 635, and George Bush. All are nearby. Upstairs condo offers parking right in front of stairs front or back to private balcony that provides a distant lake view. These budget friendly condos were built in the ‘80s and most have been updated.
