Close to shopping, the Farmer's Market, and centrally located to enjoy all Las Cruces has to offer. You will have a private entrance, off-street parking, and a fenced yard to yourself. There is a queen bed and a pack-n-play as requested. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sm hot plate, and sink and the casita is equipped with utensils and the basics for you.

The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.

We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop. Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. I purchased this beautiful home built circa 1869 all Adobe in May 2019 and I want to share it with you! I am living in this home as one of my primary residences but I’m traveling the world and will make it available so you can also enjoy it.
