The Hayes House awaits your arrival! Redone by HGTV's Hometown in Season 1, Ep. 11. This unique home has a lovely backyard with a space for outdoor dining & relaxing around the firepit. The home has three bedrooms with queen size beds & two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower & clawfoot tub & one with a clawfoot tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to stay in & cook. Hayes House is within walking distance to ALL the things downtown & in the Historical District.

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. Find your love off the beaten path at our cozy, family home that is set in the country about 15 minutes outside of Laurel and about 20-30 minutes from Hattiesburg. It is a dear home that has been in our family for many years. Our home is ideal if you like the peace and tranquillity of the country. There is a huge backyard and a back porch (with a grill) to sit out and enjoy each other's company and watch beautiful sunsets.

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly home near 45)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.
