The property enjoys excellent transport links (bus stop 1 min walk, train station 10 min walk, Bristol Airport 10 min drive) whilst backing onto beautiful countryside and a great view - you can hop straight into the fields! The Annexe is connected to the main house, so respectful guests are welcomed :) Backwell is a great village on the outskirts of Bristol, with pubs/restaurants all in easy walking distance.

Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

The Lotus Cabin

A gorgeous, contemporary hideaway in the heart of Glastonbury. This comfortable retreat is a great base to experience everything that Glastonbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Walking distance to Glastonbury Tor, The Abbey, Chalice Well, White Spring and the sights and sounds of the bustling High Street. A short drive or bus ride to visit the Cathedral in the city of Wells. Unwind and enjoy the Lotus Cabin which comes with a small, private, sun-filled patio and off road parking.

Harptree Hideaway

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.

Yer Tiz is a comfortable & spacious guest suite within a 5 min drive of weird and wonderful Glastonbury. Adjoining our home, but self contained with own access & parking , fenced patio area overlooking the garden to fields beyond. Large open plan living space - with lounge (including small double sofa bed ) and kitchen/dining area (with cooker & fridge), double bedroom, and light & airy shower room. Perfect for those who want a relaxing space to return to after exploring the area.

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

The Little House

The 'Little House' is light and spacious with a 'holiday' feel and Moroccan details. It is self contained with it's own parking, entrance, bathroom, and separate utility area. It sleeps 2 adults plus a baby (see pictures of travel cot. Ideal for visiting Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Chew Valley Lake (all within 10-12 miles drive) plus Longleat, Glastonbury, Stourhead, Tyntesfield, Stone Henge etc...(all within an hour or so)

Glastonbury Apartment Dilkara

Dilkara is a charming self catering one bedroom bungalow annex with its own guest access. In a quiet area, surrounded by garden and trees. The flat sleeps up to 4 with sofabed. Plenty of parking available. Please note there are steps up to house. Convenient for short walk to Glastonbury high street and very close for walks up the tor. Our local shop, a convenience store is just a 1 minute walk away. Animals live on the property..

The Flour Barn at Homestead Cottage in Wookey Hole

Set in the heart of the historic village of Wookey Hole, a stones throw from the renowned Wookey Hole caves is "The Flour Barn", a charming 1st floor apartment located within Homestead Cottage, a Grade 2 listed period property built in 1680. "The Flour Barn" has recently been refurbished by it's current owners to a high standard, to create a spacious, light & airy but also warm & cosy self catering retreat for you to enjoy.

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
