Beautiful 750 sq. ft. in-law apartment set up in a very efficient setting with open living space and Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Space is very open with cathedral ceilings and sky-lighting. About 35 minutes away from Maryland's MGM National Harbor and 45 minutes from downtown Washington, DC. St. Charles Towne Center is a short drive away and there are lots of local walking/bike trails, tennis courts, a golf course and plenty of parks in the area. Perfect for business or pleasure stay!

It's a sweet spot to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away or launch a kayak, take a walk, enjoy great food cuisine. We sit next to St. Mary's College of MD and Historic St. Mary's City. You may see college sailing races, crew teams rowing, or the historic Maryland Dove sailing down the river. It's lovely here fall, winter, spring, summer! SUNSETS!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.
