Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service has initiated an enhanced cleaning routine and are taking extra care to disinfect our home.

Lily Dale "Spiritualist Capitol of the World" is 20 min. Chautauqua County's Largest Flea Market is 3 miles. Just to list a few.

The home is 3 blocks from Chautauqua Lake and 3 miles from the Chautauqua Institution, a famous community since 1894 that fosters the arts, education and entertainment. We are also close to the Lake Erie Wine Trail, and several well-known micro-breweries. Plenty of yard and porch space. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.
