Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Close to Old Town & Many Wedding Venues (RV's ok)

Cozy home in the country yet within biking distance to historic Old Town Fort Collins, a couple of miles to wedding venues like Tapestry House and Bingham Hill Preserve, farmers markets in season, breweries, City Park (golfing, community swimming pool), Colorado State University and bike trails. Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Horsetooth Reservoir is a great location for a peaceful, scenic, and fun getaway! Enjoy boating, surfing, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, biking, and hiking in a relaxed atmosphere just steps from the water and the trails! It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.

Gated Historic Barn House - Near CSU and Stadium!

Welcome to our renovated, historic barn house! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
