With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

The house is light and airy, with touches of colour in each room, A glass sided staircase to minimalise dark areas. The fireplace in the lounge has been opened up to the back room for a decorative feature filled with logs and a light for ambiance in the evening. You can also see through to the back garden. Paddy's cottage is so cozy & comfortable, a home from home, that has been decorated with your comfort in mind. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the living room has a fireplace, TV & board games for the perfect evenings in. All pets welcome (max 3). There is a back courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ, with ample storage for your bikes or other outdoor equipment. We supply buckets & spades for the children, perfect for picnics on the award winning beach which is 5 minute walk away.

Relax with the whole family at our delightful house just a short walk from miles of unspoilt beach. Beachcomber has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable and cozy home from home. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds, a room with bunks and two single sofa-beds in a room that can be a bedroom but otherwise is a peaceful second living room. There are two bathrooms, both with stand-alone showers and one with a large sunken bath. There is also a toilet downstairs.
