The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. Everything is freshly up to date with new furnace, & air conditioning. Please enjoy your stay!

It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

You are within walking distance to several good restaurants and the local drinking hole (The Wine Stable), Falls Park, walking trails. Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69.
