There’s no better place to explore downtown Indy than our stylish condo in the heart of it all. We have free parking on site, but you won’t need your car! Step outside the front door and make your way to the vibrant entertaining and dining options of Mass Ave and The Bottleworks District, or stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Lockerbie. Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!

“The Shadowbox" pop culture container home in downtown Indianapolis is one of three container homes located on the lot. The home is comprised of 7 shipping containers with an added greenhouse & rooftop deck overlooking the city skyline. The floor to ceiling windows on the first & second floor both face & provide a unique perspective of Fall Creek River. The home has a large back yard. Plenty of comics, action figures & games to keep you entertained throughout your stay.

Enjoy a stylish experience at my centrally-located Upper Room Carriage House. Just 5 miles north of downtown, and minutes away from Butler University, in the Historic Meridian Kessler Neighborhood. A king size bed and a full kitchen for all your comforts of home while traveling. The open floor plan with skylights will give you the illusion that you are sleeping in a tree house. Come and sleep in my Upper Room for an experience of the country while staying in the city!

Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Can sleep up to 4 guests. Also, I live in the adjoining townhouse. Please note, Airbnb has shifted pricing structures so all service fees are included in the nightly price. In terms of what I earn, my nightly price has only increased $15 over 6 years.
