Artoria apartments offers great outdoor balcony with a comfortable dining area, and direct access to the sea which is located just a few steps away. Both of the apartments are accommodating up to 6 guests. All items have been carefully been choosen and fixed from hand. The view is Spectaculare! From the balcony we overlook the Sea! The villa is fully equipped with A/C, Free Wifi,a full equipped kitchen with espresso machine,all neccessities for cooking, bbq oven, everything you need for easy going holidays.

Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village loved by Birdwatchers and surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us(€8 per day from April to October, otherwise €2).
