A beautiful place to recharge and enjoy the Scenery. Situated on the corner where the lagoon meets beach front. The beach has lifeguards during the day and ocean sounds at night. The public area has fire places, swimming pool and kids play area. Downstairs has a Cafe that offers food and basics. Amanzimtoti caters for tourists and has many restaurants and bars. Shopping mall 2km away. The waves are perfect for swimming or surfing so when you book at Shangra-La be ready for a Sunny beach holiday.

Modern Industrial Cottage

Off-grid! The lights are always on in this bright, modern, industrial styled garden cottage. The perfect spot for a break away from the noise and bustle. A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Just 25 minutes away from the city of Durban, this quiet spot makes for the ideal holiday or business stay. Please note: We do not permit parties on the property. Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement.

The house offers two separate units. Unit 1 offers a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and lounge. Unit 2 has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and TV room. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the deck, where whales are often spotted! Outside offers a built-in-braai, dining area and a pool. Easy access to main house with steps leading down from parking area. The owners reside discreetly in garden cottage behind property, ensuring assistance while respecting your privacy.

LadyBird Cottage is located in the heart of Durban. There is easy access to the city with public transport and access to uber. Yet the peaceful aura blows away all the stress of the fast paced city. It's so spacious you can share every moment with the ones you love. The kitchen beckons a night in with warm home cooked food. Enjoy family time and a wood fired pizza oven right outside the kitchen. Feel at home and cozy up in the lounge with your family. It offers security and comfort galore.

A homely holiday rental with stunning ocean views

Situated in Doonside, Amanzimtoti, Barefoot Beach House is an exclusive self catering guest house that offers guests a relaxing and homely environment with an eclectic twist. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is set in a tranquil garden with magnificent views of the ocean and natural coastal flora. We’re conveniently located next to the ski-boat club, allowing for access to a more secluded beach area and rock pools. We are a pet friendly establishment.

Ocean Luxury at The Quays is a light and breezy open plan apartment that overlooks the magnificent Indian Ocean. The apartment has an open plan lounge, Dining room and kitchen opening onto a balcony overlooking the ocean. There is also a guest toilet on this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with their own balcony overlooking the ocean and two bathrooms, one en-suite. We have endeavored to combine comfort with class to ensure that our guests feel at home.

Queens Terrace unit 1 "Couples unit"

This centrally-located unit is one of 3 on the property in Doonside beach. Close to well known shops Between Toti main and Warner beach each 2km down or up the road. This unit offers sleeping arrangement for 2 in one big room, preferably 2 adults and maybe 1 kid on sofabed. Private area in the back with braai, also has a large pool and communal braai with a ocean view from there. The property is in a quite safe area with electric fence and cameras.

Seaview Cottage Amanzimtoti, Your private getaway

Amazing Views! Paradise over looking the ocean. Kick back and relax on your private deck, either sipping on a drink, lighting the braai, tanning, reading, whatever makes you happy. If you get too hot, there's a pool at the back. If you are hungry, Galleria mall is just 2km away. Plus Mr D delivery is available for groceries and takeaways. No beach access, Toti main beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Enjoy your little piece of paradise...

House of the Rising Sun - Main House

This stylish home is perfect for family getaways. This beautiful home is elegant and tastefully decorated, far but yet close to Durban and surroundings. This awesome house boasts 180 degree views of the vast Indian ocean with frequent sightings of whales and dolphins. Tidal and rock pools are just a stone through away. Private beach access is a luxury during peak season. Alternatively a 5 minute drive to public beaches and restaurants.

You can take a drive down to the beach roughly 5 mins away to soak up some sun, or Netflix and chill in a comfy, cosy bed on a more chilly day! Enjoy a quick snack or a fantastic feast in our fully equipped kitchen, and even stay in for a relaxing dinner. Perfect for a night or two getaway, or even longer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. An extra bonus is we have an inverter so loadshedding won't be a problem!

This modern, creative space is one of two hidden gems in the leafy suburb of Westville (also see “the Green Room” in the Hidden Lookout). Up high in the trees, our space is a tranquil, beautiful, simple space perfect for a break from the city, but close enough to everything to still have fun! If you are coming for business we have fast and dependable WiFi. We also have a GENERATOR for load shedding if necessary.
