Freedom House Cottage Room #3

This is a quiet and quaint private room with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom in our Cottage Building. A mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, and cable TV are provided in the room for your comfort. Our entire facility is SMOKE FREE! We are located in downtown Dover-Foxcroft within walking distance to shops, cinema, restaurants, bank, post office & drug store. A full breakfast is available for an added charge of 20.00/person, but must be requested at least 24 hrs prior to arrival.

You will have your own room with private bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. Each room has a small refrigerator and microwave. There is a common kitchen and area to grill. Lobby is a common area with live edge furniture and comfortable furnishings with TV. Your room has its own TV. Ample parking for cars and snowmobiles and trailers. Laundry facilities on site. Located on the historic former Loring Air Force Base. Easy access to Maine School of Science and Mathematics (MSSM).

Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
