Welcome to The Flower Bed, a greenhouse cabin on the slopes of Mauna Loa, Big Island with everything you need for a great vacation. Relax on the outdoor patio, cozy up with a book on the loveseat, enjoy the rainfall shower. Gaze at the amazing stars and be lulled to sleep by evening nature sounds. Awake to birds in song and morning sun filtering through the window. Sample an edible flower, use a pinch of lavender for calm, and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. Island style Hawaiian home is expansive, bright, and open, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With great ocean views. Located in a rural area on 1 acre of fenced in private land. Quiet and peaceful. 1 hour 15 min from Kona and same from Hilo. Best to get supplies in Kona or Hilo as no grocery stores in Na'alehu. Is 40 minutes to the Volcano Ntl. Park and 15 min to the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, 15 min to South Point and Green Sands Beach. There is no Wi-Fi ~ cell service works great in the area.

Peaceful Private Rainforest Getaway

This little cabin is so cozy, it's like your home away from home. You will find most everything you will need while staying here. It's tucked away in the trees with a National Park right in the back yard! You'll wish you could stay longer! Please be sure to read the entire description of the listing so there are no surprises. Babies under 9 months are welcome ( pack and play is available). There is only one bed so there's no accommodations for children older than that.

Kanaloa (God of the Sea creatures) over looks the Ocean, this room is 140 sq ft, with a queen bed, small table with chairs, no kitchen, large window to view Milky Way, sunrises, all while laying in bed. Kanaloa has its own private composting toilet 25’ from the room, bathroom sink, beach shower. A glamping room for short stays for those wanting a lower nightly price, clean, comfortable, getaway, close to Green Sand Beach and other popular place.
