This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Can fit up to 8 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with WiFi and washer & dryer. It has an amazing front porch to sit & relax. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, gas and places of worship. There is a notebook with restaurant menus and location. You will have private parking spots plus plenty of parking on street. An outside Grill was just added,

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival held the 3rd weekend in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.
