Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Ons appartement is perfect voor grote gezinnen | koppels | zakenreizigers of een groepje vrienden. Het bestaat o.a. uit 3 slaapkamers, allen voorzien van een douche, en een ruime woonkamer met volledig uitgeruste open keuken. De locatie is vlak bij het station (2 min. wandelen) en het Vrijthof is op 15 min. wandelen. "Wyck" het leukste stadsdeel van Maastricht met veel gezelligheid!

Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
