Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

A perfect stay in the heart of this charming, nautical town. Because of its location, there will be street noise from traffic during the day. Parking is limited in the centre of Lymington but we offer a parking clock which enables free parking in the three public car parks nearby.

Accessed by its own front door, and with a parking space on the drive, the annexe has a studio layout, king-sized bed, fully-equipped Siemens kitchen, and a dining and sitting area. A separate bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. The property is suited to couples or singles.

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
