The guests can use free Wi-Fi, LED-TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing-board, room fan with a timer clock and three positions in power. The guests receive disposable sets: toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gels and shampoos, soap.

The apartment (renovated in 2018) is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building. The ancient house is more than 400 years old. The building is included in the world heritage of architectural monuments of UNESCO. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard (the noise from the square will not disturb you at night).
