Villa Flightdeck is a spacious and luminous gem of modern architecture nestled between mountain and sea. From its numerous glass-walled decks you’ll be able to enjoy gorgeous uninterrupted views of the mountains and the harbor below.

When the sun rises on Hout Bay, so will it in Villa Flightdeck. Early birds will be delighted with the vast windows, sliding glass panels and French doors that allow natural sunlight to reach every corner of this elegant residence. Specifically designed to take advantage of Cape Town’s natural beauty and enjoyable climate, it boasts three pools, including two salt water pools where you can relax or work on your laps.

There are as many things to enjoy indoors as there are outdoors. You can chose to keep up with your regular workout routine in a well-equipped gym, or take a break and read in front of the beautiful contemporary fireplace. Take advantage of the media room’s flat screen television or enjoy listening to your favorite music on its impressive sound system. You’ll also be able to treat your fellow travelers to a home-cooked meal, prepared in the villa’s state of the art kitchen, and served in one of its many dining areas.

On the lower floor, the primary bedroom possesses its own entrance and a direct access to one of the pools and lounge chairs. Each one of the 5 bedrooms is connected to its own en-suite bathroom and reflects the villa’s tasteful and minimalistic aesthetic. Due in part to its prairie-house inspired architecture, every room gets a great deal of natural light. You’ll be amazed how well natural elements are interwoven with the villa’s sophisticated modern interior.

A 6 car garage will give every traveler accompanying you the liberty to explore Hout Bay and Cape Town at their leisure. Drive down to one of the nearby gorgeous white sandy beaches beaches for some surf lessons, or make your way to Cape Point, where two oceans meet. Discover new incredible heights by taking the cable way up Table Mountain or driving up to Chapman’s peak. Nature lovers will fall in love with Kirstenbosch botanical garden, and should not miss the chance to walk with the penguins frolicking on Simon’s Town beach, while history buffs should consider a day trip to Robben Island, to discover a piece of African history.
