Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.
