A 3 minute walk to the shores of Lake Huron and 15 minute walk to restaurants and shopping makes this spot the perfect location. This well maintained house offers all the comforts of home, such as internet, smart TV, dishwasher, and laundry room. You will enjoy the private backyard for relaxing, grilling, and having a campfire. Inside you have 2 bonus spaces, one with a pool table, and one for a home office. The couch converts to a bed. The Birdhouse Cottage in Point Clark

Welcome to the Birdhouse. This cottages holds 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.
