Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. Welcome to the Little Blue Heron! Relax and restore, or get your creative juices flowing at this nature sanctuary. Lake front cottage at Lake Waccamaw with canal views in the back. Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! Perfect for artists, those looking to reflect or re-connect, or short getaways. Up to 2 dogs allowed, woof! ($50 fee)

The suite is set among eight acres of woods with a walking trail, an outdoor dining area with a grill and fire pit, a sunbathing area and space for lawn games. The suite is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others.
