Mid-Century Modern Treehouse in Sherman, Texas

Beautiful Mid-Century Modern on top of Sherman's legendary Cottontail Mountain. Secluded, heavily wooded, private setting, with abundant wildlife. Beautiful treetop views from the rear deck and wooded views from the front deck. Sherman's walking, running trail is right at the base of the hill. Two great parks within walking distance. If you get up early enough you may see the whitetail deer. Furnished and accessorized with a combination of original mid century classics and contemporary pieces.

Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Five Acre Woods

Nestled on a wooded five acre hillside tract of land on a quiet winding paved country road, come enjoy the peaceful and natural experience the Five Acre Woods has to offer. This home has been thoughtfully furnished and features three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the woods and a generous living area. The true star of this property is the large expansive rear deck, the new hot tub and the fire pit area. Relax and enjoy at this peaceful place to stay.

Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying the evening breeze.

Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

The quiet and private guest house is tucked behind a large historic home south of downtown Sherman, TX. It is traditional in design and decor. The kitchen features metal cabinets with double drain board sink and decorative finish. The vintage Hotpoint stove with soup well adds charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is a mile south of downtown Sherman and within walking distance of 903 Brewers. The stately homes of Heritage Row are just a few blocks away.
