Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Riverfront Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

This location is perfect for nature enthusiast (nature preserves all around) and fishermen. located near state parks, marinas and local attractions. Located across street to the water small walk to private beach. There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy.
