Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

We no longer accept pets! 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rules!
