It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

A secluded, picturesque two storey house with wood burning stove for winter or glass patio doors that open onto the walled garden for summer. The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

Self-catering accommodation located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, close to Roslin Chapel (famous from Da Vinci Code) and with Roslin Glen right on your doorstep. Only 25minute drive to the centre of Edinburgh, this is a perfect peaceful and quiet retreat close to the city. Kitchen, Wi‑Fi, heating, laundry facilities and TV and many others included. There is one king size bed available to suit two guests. There are no cot or cradle facilities for infants.

Fabulous Georgian family Townhouse

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.
