Ferienhaus Meiers

In unserem alten Bauernhaus wurden schon mein Opa und mein Papa geboren. Wir haben es nun viele Jahre renoviert und dabei versucht, modernen Komfort zu schaffen und alte Elemente zu erhalten. Es gibt original Holzdielen, Mosaike aus alten V&B Fliesen, zwei neue Bäder und eine neue große Küche mit Sitzecke (für 4 Personen), ein Esszimmer mit großem Tisch (für 8 Personen) und zwei Sofas. Im Außenbereich entsteht noch ein Garten, ein Grillplatz und Parkplätze, diese stehen noch nicht zur Verfügung!

Wir bieten ein ca 100 m2 großes Ferienappartement für bis zu 3 Erwachsenen in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung an. Von diesem Standort kann man in ca 35 km Luxemburg oder auch die älteste Stadt Deutschlands Trier mit der gleichen Entfernung erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Saarschleife mit dem Baumwipfelpfad. Von hier sind zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten und auch Fahrradausflüge an der Saar oder auch der Mosel entlang zu empfehlen. Die Hausbesitzer bewohnen das Erdgeschoss des Hauses.

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
