Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.

The private secluded cottage garden attracts plenty of sun throughout the day, with wildlife in abundance, including koalas, parrots, kookaburras, and the occasional wallaby. We are a short walk to Teddys Lookout, the St.George river walk, the stunning beaches, as well as the renowned cafes and restaurants of Lorne.

Melita is a rustic ground floor apartment surrounded by nature with a beautiful ocean view, set on a beautiful property called Springwood in Lorne.
