Please note our condo sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. Our townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

You will be close to everything when you stay at at this centrally located condo. The river is directly behind the building and easily accessible via a walking path. Bring your tube, chair and river shoes. Cook up a storm or walk to the restaurants. The resort has a pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, fireplace. This suite is RIVER facing where you have a killer view of the river and the mountains. If the man has you down and you have to work, I have a desk in the bedroom for your convenience.

Our condo is a privately owned 1st floor rustic themed home that sits along the East branch of the Pemigewasset River. Direct river access from our back porch. One minute drive to Loon Mountain and close to many area attractions. Leave the city noises behind when you walk through our private front entrance - you’ll feel like you’ve transported to a remote cabin in the woods! Listen to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoy breathtaking nature views from every room (mountain view in winter).
