Apt is in excellent condition, sanitized and clean in a great environment.

Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
