Roaring Creek, a premiere trout stream, runs through the farm in addition to a nearby pond. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while watching deer/turkey in the fields. Fire pit is in the back yard. One bathroom, with stand up shower, with washer/dryer, and yes, my water heater all are cozied up in there together.
