Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.
