La casa tiene solo 2 apartamentos y es ideal para huéspedes que buscan tranquilidad, privacidad y descanso. No es adecuada para grupos ruidosos ni fiestas. Se debe respetar el silencio, especialmente por la noche, ya que todos los huéspedes esperan un ambiente tranquilo. Máximo 1 niño. Vivo en la propiedad con mis dos pequeños perros malteses. Durante su estancia solo utilizo el jardín para tareas de mantenimiento y siempre estoy disponible para ayudar con recomendaciones y consejos locales.

You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.

It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking.
