This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A compact wooden den set in it's own secluded area of a Monmouthshire smallholding. Picture window overlooking stunning views of countryside and across to 13th Century Grade 1 listed church. Plenty of walks and dogs allowed ( fenced area if they aren't too sure about livestock ). Nestled in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, this recent addition to an (ex) 1800s pub is a cosy yet spacious self catering space. Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Cosy all seasons Shepherd's Hut on 3 Castles Walk

Relax with the sounds of birds and nature in this unique place. Our purpose-built super cosy Shepherd's Hut is directly on the Three Castles Walk, tucked away in a private corner of the field next to our own Eco home. Outside, there's a gazebo with table and chairs and a smoker barbeque. You can lie in bed watching the sheep and cattle in the distance or you can relax with a movie on the large screen. It's the most peaceful location we have ever lived in, and we'd love you to experience it.

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Farm stay, in beautiful rural Monmouthshire

We are a working dairy goat farm, milking 600 goats twice a day. Our milk goes into a delicious soft goats cheese, which is made in the neighbouring town of Abergavenny and sold through many of the large supermarkets. We are ideally situated for cycling and walking, with many footpaths nearby, including Offa's Dyke and a fabulous range of mountains. We are within 2 miles of the renowned Michelin star Walnut Tree Inn and there are many other wonderful country pubs in the locality.
