The Cothi Cottage is close to Brechfa Forest with the renowned mountain bike and walking trails with Carmarthen and Llandeilo just 20 minutes away. Free WIFI available. We have a shop in Brechfa and also 2 local pubs offering excellent food.. We are minutes from the forest walks and enjoy peace and quiet with stunning views. Good quality bed linen, towels and a powerful shower are supplied. The cottage is great for couples, mountain bikers, walkers, business travelers, and we're pet friendly.

The old workshop

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic & comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

Dairy Cottage-relax and unwind in the forest

Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Traditional and Homely Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a spacious homely character cottage with beams, a woodburner in the large lounge, comfy sofas and a lovely cosy kitchen diner. It has 3 twin bedrooms and a bathroom plus toilet with shower downstairs. Outside is a shared courtyard with picnic table, grassy lawns, flower borders and a rose garden, all set within 4 acres of gardens including a children’s play area, walled garden, duckpond, stream and small woodland copse. Stable adjoins Carriage Mews and Coachhouse cottages.

Cosy old barn in peaceful location

This is our former milking parlour, known as the barn. With a double bedroom and a sofa bed, the accommodation is suited to 2 adults . Please ask about children and camping Surrounded by fields and trees, wonderful for walks on adjacent footpaths. It has its own entrance , with a south facing garden. We welcome one dog and will consider 2 small dogs.They are £10 per visit .( £5 if one night )We have a boisterous Sprocker , called Spock and he thinks every visiting dog is his friend!

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Ty Fferm, a cosy, fully equipped country cottage

One of a pretty pair of semi-detached cottages carefully converted from the original farm house with stunning views across the Teifi Valley to Llanllwni Mountain. Set on a smallholding and surrounded by working farmland this tranquil cottage offers a peaceful retreat and a perfectly positioned base from which to explore and enjoy all that Mid and West Wales has to offer. Approx 2.5 miles to nearest pub restaurant Ty Fferm is attached to a 2nd cottage (Ty Nant), together they can sleep 10.

The Wren's Nest (Cosy Annexe)

A warm stone annexe at the edge of the world, with 100 acres of wilderness beyond your window. The annexe includes a warm open plan kitchen/living space with an additional sofa bed (if needed); a cosy double bedroom; bathroom, fitted with a spacious shower and indoor compostable loo. But what's makes the Wren's Nest unique, is its divine location. Beyond the window are 100 acres of wildnerness to explore, roam and feel the peace of, including a wild river and lake to swim in.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is on it’s on with no immediate neighbours, surrounded by welsh countryside. Peaceful and relaxing for the whole family. Garden is ideal for family games, to sit out to eat or just to have a drink with beautiful views. Llandysul is less than a 10 minute drive where you can find a small supermarket, shops, postoffice and fuel station. We do not provide wood for the fire but this can be bought locally.
