Tiny Barn

The Tiny barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous walks from the working dairy and sheep farm - it is just the ground floor and has a small double bed with access to one side, sofa bed, small shower room and kitchenette. It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn.

Rose Cottage on England / Wales border. Shropshire

Rose Cottage is a stone built property built around 1830. The floors upstairs are all planked Elm and the downstairs areas are Flagstone flooring. The beamed ceilings and inglenook mean the property exudes character but with all the mod cons, including high speed internet. The cottage was recently upgraded with a Hand- painted kitchen with built in Dishwasher and fridge. Work surfaces are Kashmir white granite. The front garden is quite private & the bench is a perfect spot for a cup of tea.

Welcome to Orchard cottage, a single storey building, annexed to ( but separate from ) our house. The cottage is furnished to a high standard. We are situated on the outskirts of a private residential area, just 400 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Welshpool, there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The magnificent Powis castle is a short walk from the town centre, through the beautiful parkland. Other attractions include Montgomery canal & light railway.

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. Lake Farm Shepherds Hut, Self Catering & hot tub

Our beautiful Black Mountain shepherds hut and undercover hot tub is perched above our wildlife pond, with views over the Welsh hills. It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am

Wisteria Cottage Edgerley nr Shrewsbury/Oswestry

Wisteria Cottage is a self-contained private cottage in a quiet rural setting with countryside views, surrounded by nature. Newly refurbished with shabby-chic country inspired interior. The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.
