Amber Lake Lodge sits just outside Livingston Manor, a quaint-turned-trendy town just a 1hr 45min drive from NYC's George Washington Bridge. With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, the house can sleep 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway.
