Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

Great location for South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Climping, Elmer, Felpham & The Witterings.

Formerly a Day Nursery for children and babies Upto five years old I restored the building back into a home, there is a lot of space to move around. The house enjoys an East/West aspect so when the sun is shining you can always find a spot to enjoy it inside or out.
