This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This log-style retreat sits deep in the woods above Tamworth, fully equipped for comfort without sacrificing the rugged feel. Hike local trails, stargaze in near-zero light pollution, or sit by the fire pit with the mountains in front of you. The optional wood-fired sauna steps from the door is the perfect end to the day. Sauna available as a one-time add-on.

Waterfront log home along picturesque Berry Pond close to route 25--hiking, skiing, fishing, kayaking, or relaxing on the deep porch with a cup of coffee. We have air conditioning in the summer and a double-sided fireplace for the cooler months. Fully stocked kitchen and dining room table with expansion boards for family dinners and card games--or go on the bug-free screened-in porch! Garage available to keep your toys clean and dry. Great value, traditional cabin style, and a cozy vibe.

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

A tranquil, shady escape for those looking to slow down and breathe or your launchpad for White Mountain adventures.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Its vintage New Hampshire theme makes it our most romantic cabin! Enjoy access to a private beach, playground, outdoor fire pit, BBQs, and lawn games for all ages. Dock space upon request, availability, and additional fee. Guests can take advantage of our kayaks, canoes, and SUP boards to explore the beauty of Squam Lake!
