Due to the extreme drought we are in the water levels are too low to canoe or kayak thru the canal to the lake at this time. Other activities include hiking, hunting, fishing, walking trails, swimming, & ATV trails.

You can enjoy views of both Big and Little Lake Kerr. The home also includes a boat launch, where small vessels such as kayaks and canoes, can be launched. This cute home is minutes away from a multitude of Florida springs, hiking, fishing, hunting, and so much more that the FL outdoors has to offer.

Gated resort with access to swimming pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, boat launch, playground, and a dog park (with a dog washing station)! Salt Springs is right across the street, Silver Glenn Springs is nearby. Dollar General, (Salt Springs Pizza) and a laundromat within walking distance. PS: Resort charges a $35 fee for all guests (not per person!) and also may charge extra for boats, trailers, etc... PSS: Bears spotted at the resort, so please keep all food and garbage in the house!

Paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend. PLEASE NOTE: Historic drought has lowered our lake levels significantly. The lake is currently dry infront of the cabin.
