This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Bring your boat to put in at one of our local marina ramps and dock in front of our house for your entire stay! Pets are welcome but please include them in your reservation for accurate pricing.
