If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. We know family also includes those with four legs so pets are welcome for a nominal cleaning fee. The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. We are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead. AND ... This winter there major floods in our area and we have no access to our dock or to the river at this time. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it might not be completed by your requested dates. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to the river.
