Inside, you'll find an open layout, hardwood floors, spacious living and dining area, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and butcherblock countertops, making cooking a delight. Outside, the expansive backyard, complete with a swing set, floating deck, firepit and mature trees, is perfect for outdoor entertaining (landscaping is an ongoing project- please be patient).

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

Our property is 25 acres with walking trails, a private 5 acre lake w/ paddle boats and kayaks for your use, and beautiful sitting areas throughout, including along the Platte River. Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Note: No unapproved guests/parties.
