The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Στούπα σε μία από τις πιο ήσυχες γειτονιές και απέχει ελάχιστα λέπτα με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες της Καλόγριας και της Στούπας, τα σουπερμαρκετ και τα τουριστικά καταστήματα του χωριού. Είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή και ζευγάρια που ζητούν ηρεμία και ξεκόυραστο ύπνο.
